Trudy Feighery is a Dublin based art educator, textile designer and business owner of the Irish brand Tru Tru Stories. This luxury brand realizes Trudy’s love for pattern, print and colour for both fashion and interiors and is registered with the Design and Crafts Council of Ireland. Tru Tru Stories has been featured in The Irish Times and on Virgin Media One among others, and was exhibited at The Lexicon Gallery in Dun Laoghaire in 2020.
Trudy is a committed and conscientious educator and completed the PME course at NCAD in 2021. Trudy believes that both her design and teaching practice complement and reinforce each other. Trudy’s designs and teaching practice reflects and responds to current events and thinking, which allows her work and that of her students to evolve and develop in an organic and exciting way.
