My recent work deals with the subject of humanity, often examining the vulnerability of the human condition. It is frank and intimate, drawing on the themes of vulnerability, drive and power.
My goal is also to create an impact of drama, power and strength. The objective is that the art does not sit easily on the wall or floor, but is quietly provocative, leaving the viewer with questions. My art is one of disclosure, dealing with personal experiences, and experiences of the people surrounding me, or society.
My current work involves a combination of sculpture, drawing, photography and printing. Mediums are print, paint, charcoal, clay, plaster and found materials.
